Do I need to be a coworking member to book an event space?

No, we do not require that you be a coworking member to use the space for events. Please reach out to your local community for more details.

Is there technical support available during events?

We are not IT professionals but will do everything we can to help give you the technical support necessary to help set up AV equipment or troubleshoot any tech issues during your event. We suggest hiring an event coordinator if your event requires a higher level of technical attention.

Can I bring my own food and drinks for the event?

Yes, outside food and drinks are welcome in our event space. Our staff can help make catering recommendations and even order the food for your event for a nominal fee. Be sure to ask about food and beverage policies.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes we allow our guests to bring their own alcohol and bartender services into the space. All liabilities and insurances must be maintained by the guest and Flexhub is not responsible for the safety and wellbeing of your guests. Please see our detailed alcohol policy for more details.

Do you offer event planning services?

Yes, we provide event coordination services, helping you with logistics like seating arrangements, technical setups, and catering. We even have a season marketing team on staff to help with any graphic design details for on-site signage or digital assets.

Absolutely, we encourage our clients to tour the event space before committing to a booking. It’s best to schedule a tour in advance via our website form.

How far in advance should I book an event space?

We recommend booking an event space as early as possible, especially for larger events or popular dates. Depending on the size and scope of your event please consider booking a few weeks in advance. For smaller events, we require at least a 48-hour notice.

Can I host a recurring event at a coworking space?

Yes, we love recurring bookings for regular events such as weekly workshops or monthly networking meetings.

Yes, we offer flexible seating arrangements, including boardroom, classroom, and U-shape layouts to suit different types of events.

Yes, we only ask that you bring in the video conferencing tools needed for larger events as our equipment is more geared toward smaller meeting room-style capabilities.

What is the cancellation policy for event space bookings?

We require a small cancellation fee prior to 48 hours of the event booking. Within 48 hours the client is responsible for the entire booking fee.

Do you offer marketing support for events?

Yes! We are equipped with a marketing support team to offer eye-catching graphic signage, high-quality printed materials, and any digital marketing support needed to add a professional touch to your event. Please contact us to set up an initial consultation.
